It was a wretched sight to see. Blood & organs splattered all over the area. Several of the officers vomited, the proceeded with their work.
"What the fuck happened here?" Officer O'Donnel asked.
"Looks like some sick fuck broke in here & slaughtered the family," replied Officer Johnson, shaking his head in disgust.
A shout & several gunshots were heard from the next room. Officers rushed in & saw another Officer lying dead on the floor. His stomach had been slashed open.
Laughter was heard upstairs, along with a large crash.
When officers arrived, whoever was there had escaped. The window was shattered.
A search for whoever had caused this went on for several days. Days turned to weeks. Eventually, they gave up the search, assuming the killer had left town.
Officer Johnson returned to his apartment only to see that the lock on his door had been broken. He rushed inside his apartment & saw that nothing was missing. The only thing odd was that his laptop was on.
He went to is & saw a new file on his desktop entitled IllBeBack.zip. In it were two files. ReadMe.txt & YoullDIE.jpg.
He opened the txt & read the...awful message...
Dear Steve (Officer) Johnson,
I hope you liked my work. It was very easy to cut up that family, you know. In fact, it was kind of fun.
You mave have heard of Jane or Jeff the Killer, but they're nothing like me. I will make the world suffer.
I will bring anyone who dares cross me to their doom. I will spill their blood & slash their organs until they feel nothing BUT pain.
If you think you can catch me, YOU'RE WRONG. I'll keep killing, you'll keep searching, but you'll never find me.
Oh, no...But I'll find YOU. I will make you suffer so much, you'll beg me to kill you. Oh, yes, that will be great fun...
